Robinson Pelham is marking its 30th anniversary with a new collection and advertising campaign that reflects nostalgically on the era when the London jewelry company was founded.
The brand started life as a small, bespoke atelier inside a Pimlico carriage house, and has evolved into a globally recognized jeweler, with clients on both sides of the Atlantic (and beyond).
Robinson Pelham’s yearlong anniversary party, called “Bold Since ’96,” kicks off today with the release of the Summer of ’96 collection, offering new designs as well as pieces inspired by brand collections that originated in the 1990s.
Vanessa Chilton, who cofounded Robinson Pelham with friends Kate Pelham Burn and Zoe Benyon, tells JCK the collection and its campaign celebrate the spirit and dedication their team has poured into the business. The best adjectives to describe Summer of ’96, she says, are confident, creative, and unapologetically individual.

Photos for the new collection—shot in Mallorca by Buzz White, a photographer who’s worked with fashion industry greats Mario Testino and Alasdair McLellan—highlight the jewelry but also capture the vibe of a 1990s summer. The images come across as a series of simple yet memorable summertime moments, from a relaxed morning to the enjoyment of a warm evening.
While the campaign shows Robinson Pelham’s ideas for styling the jewelry, the brand wants its clients to select what feels good instinctively and wear the pieces with an effortless elegance. Even more important, they can express their own story and unique perspective with jewelry pieces from Summer of ’96, Chilton says.

Summer of ’96 encompasses new pieces—colorful enamel necklaces, refined diamond jewels, and sculptural gold hoops—as well as new designs inspired by favorite 1990s Robinson Pelham collections, such as Kinetic. Chilton says that for Summer of ’96, Kinetic’s jewelry is bolder and bigger, with vivid gemstones like emerald, pink sapphire, and pie-cut diamonds.
New collections within Summer of ’96 include Meteor, which uses baguette diamonds for an understated luxury feel, and Treble, featuring gemstone earrings in drop and other styles for those who love a striking, modern look.
