For the third edition of the Conversations networking retreat hosted by Jewelers Mutual, the industry will gather at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, an iconic Northern California resort known for its dramatic cliffside setting, panoramic ocean views, and world-class golf courses. This year’s featured speaker is Mike Cessario, founder and CEO of beverage brand Liquid Death, and the three-day lineup offers unique opportunities to form lasting connections and exchange ideas with fellow jewelry professionals. A Diamond Is Born on Hulu (ongoing)

After a soft launch on YouTube last fall, A Diamond Is Born made its official debut on Hulu this week. The documentary serves as a vehicle for natural diamond storytelling, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and transparency. Produced by Jared and directed by Academy Award–winning filmmaker Luc Jacquet (March of the Penguins), the film explores how natural diamonds form deep within the earth over billions of years and the profound economic impact that diamonds have had in communities across Botswana.
